An Ancient Way of Life, Uncovered in the Desert
A small-ish country in the Middle East, Jordan is one of the few safe places in the region. Join us for two weeks of adventure, from the deserts of Wadi Rum to the shores of the Dead Sea. We were taken back in time, into the early days of civilisation. In Jordan, we strolled through the ancient ruins of Petra and drank tea with Bedouins. These nomadic people continue to live life as they did thousands of years past.
In Jordan, we hiked through the multi-climate Dana Valley. Beginning at an altitude with a Mediterranean climate, and descending into the Sub-Saharan valley. We battled through the rapids of the Wadi Mujib, a mighty canyon prone to flash floods and visited the mysterious desert castles outside Amman.
