In the spirit of the Cinematic Orchestra, Sempre Crescendo ft. Kraak & Smaak feature electronic and acoustic live music performed by this Leiden-based symphony orchestra in collaboration with the DJ trio, Kraak & Smaak.
As classical music revamps its image for a new era, incorporating elements of contemporary music into its repertoire, young orchestras like Sempre Crescendo are taking the road less travelled and finding a new voice within the age-old tradition. By collaborating with new music producers, they leave the audience emotionally charged and on their feet. From Beethoven to Coachella, this collaboration performed music that crosses generations.
