An up and coming Dutch band, featuring electronic beats and thoughtful vocals. Formed in 2015, they have already hit the Dutch charts…
Son Mieux began in the summer of 2015 with The Hague-based Carmiel Meiresonne. Their sound is a mix of classic singer-songwriter sentimentality mixed in with smooth, mellow electronic beats reminiscent of Dotan. Son Mieux, however, is a little more upbeat and acoustic.
Although only a few months old, they have already begun to top the Dutch charts and have gained widespread international appeal through a collaboration with the Dutch nu disco duo, The Him. For this concert, they played support for yet another great Dutch indie band, The Indien.
